Reaching out is the hardest step. Many times, we internally battled if
we are ready to heal. I have been in the same space you are right now. Healing is a scary thing to do because of the unknown. You may be wondering what if I cannot do this or what if I lose people in the process of becoming a heal version of myself? I am here to tell you that you can do it! Living in fear can stop you from becoming the best version of yourself.
Kirah is the owner of Self-Sabotage to Self-Care. A coaching business that focuses on increasing one’s self-esteem and overall life improvement. Kirah uses her mental health background and life experiences to help clients change their negative mindset to a healthier one and to ensure they are living their most fulfilled life. Kirah has a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. Kirah has worked with individuals that have complex backgrounds. Kirah uses approaches such as
manifestation, mindfulness, and affirmations to help her clients navigate their healing journey. Kirah provides a space where clients have the space to truly show up as their authentic selves. Many times, we play different roles and lose ourselves while pleasing others. 15 Min Consulation
Please book your free 15 minute consultation. This is a quick meet and greet. Please have any questions you have for me ready to discuss.
Intake Session
This is a 60 min intake session. Here we will gather detailed information and establish your needs. I will
explain the role of coaching and answer any detailed questions you may have. $100
Group Coaching
This is a 60 min monthly group. We will meet once a month and focus on different topics such as self forgiveness, self love, wellness journey, etc. This is a great for individuals who want to build a community with others. Min of 4 participants.

You have multiple roles in your life and it is easy to put others in front of you. I can help you learn to practice self-care and not feel bad for choosing you first. Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup.
Boundaries
Do you often apologize or defend your boundaries? Do you feel that you have to please everyone, so you let people cross your boundaries to ensure others are okay?
Self Sabotage
We all have participated in self-sabotaging behaviors. We may do it out of fear, rejection, low self-esteem, low self-worth, etc.
Self Awareness
Self-awareness is an important concept one must have. It can help you understand your thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is coaching a form of therapy?
No, coaching is not therapy. Coaching focuses on helping clients identify current issues so the client can start to change their problematic behaviors, thoughts, and actions. Therapy focuses on and analyzes clients' “why” they may behave, think, or act. Coaching works on the “how” to work towards new goals. I use a mixture of the two, I will use psychoeducation and focus on your “why” and use coaching strategies to help you on “how” to reach your goals.
Who do I work with?
I work with adult women who suffer from self-sabotage, self-esteem, boundaries, and a lack of self-care.
What can I expect?
Healing is not an overnight fix. You can expect to take accountability and control over your life. You can expect to learn more insight about yourself. You can expect to learn tools to reach your goals. You can expect to see small improvements within the first month if you are putting in the work outside of our sessions. “You get what you put in”. Meaning if you do the work, you will see the results.
Do you offer in-person or virtual sessions?
No, I solely offer virtual sessions.
